TERMS AND CONDITONS
We will acknowledge
availability and booking within 48 hours.
Booking
will be confirmed after initial payment of 20% (non refundable), balance due
two month before arrival date.
Booking
made under 2 months before arrival date,
balance will be due in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations
made up to two months before arrival date, the 20% down payment will be
kept.
Cancellations
made under two months before arrival date will not be refunded unless
another reservation is made for that period.
A deposit of 150 € will
be asked for on arrival (cash or check) and will be returned on the day of
departure supposing that no damage was done during your stay.
Payments can be made by
bank transfer (details given on booking), Travellers check, or by
cheque (French
residents only).
All
Payment to be made in Euro.
Travel cot is
available depending on the age of your child at no extra charge.
Underground private
parking with beeper is available at no extra charge.
Most weekly bookings run
from Saturday to Saturday.
Week-end breaks start on
a Friday, 3 night.
Midweek breaks start on a
Monday end on Friday.
Other days on request.
On receipt of your
initial payment of 20% we will send your booking confirmation and number and we
will tell you when you must pay the remaining cost of your rental.
When you have paid for
you rental in full, you will be sent your travel directions, details of how to
find the apartment, and where to collect your keys on arrival, the name and
phone number of your holiday contact.
It's best to advise us of your estimated
arrival time, which should normally be after 3pm.
On your day of departure,
we ask you to leave the apartment by 10.00am so that it can be cleaned for the
next arrivals
The apartment is cleaned
between lets, meaning that all you need to do when you arrive is unpack, put
the kettle on and explore your accommodation !!! There is no extra charge for
this service unless extra heavy cleaning is required after you leave, or you do
not leave the property and it's contents as you found them.
As a self-catering
cottage, you will find most of the standard appliances you would expect to have
at home
